Cherry Grobler who has been a Principal of her own real estate company in the area for about 20 years, always had a close working relationship with Antoinette.  They have proven to be a strong team with sound management skills and enviable knowledge of the local real estate industry.

The shop has grown from strength to strength, from being nominated as Brand Ambassador at the National Rewards & Recognition ceremony earlier this year, to ranking amongst the top 5 successful shops in the country for the 2015 year, and a current standing of second highest sales in the country group thus far for the month of October.

Their agents also ranked amongst the top Achievers 29 times since the new ownership, of which 3 of the September Top Achievers, also managed to obtain their platinum status.

“We are extremely proud of Antoinette and Cherry, and their entire team” said Craig Hutchison, CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa. Elzanne Venter, Marketing Director of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa also thanked them for their dedication to the brand, as their marketing & branding activities are some of the best in the country, with great initiatives and suggestions on improving the brand as a whole, and especially their interest in the Hartbeespoort community. “We would like to wish them a very happy first birthday, and just looking at what they managed to achieve in their first year of operating, we are excited for the road ahead as they continue on their growth path” Craig concluded.
