Maxi’s stores on the East Rand is set to make regulars of all customers

The Maxi’s franchise restaurant chain, a division of Taste Holdings, has launched their marketing campaign for stores in the East Rand that is aiming to drive transactional growth through all of their identified marketing initiatives. The food franchise, that has been serving South Africa for the last 20 years, has some great new promotions on offer.

Breakfast has never been tastier and more affordable, with their filling breakfasts for under R30. The new breakfast promotion includes two eggs, two pieces of streaky bacon, one chicken sausage and toast with the option to ‘Max up’ with either chips, a pure beef patty or a large coffee. Breakfast will surely not keep customers away as the dinner promotion is also too tempting to ignore. Who could deny a decent helping of ribs and wings rounded off with either chips, rice or pap or a side salad?

Aside from the good food, service at Maxi’s will also make for a rewarding experience as waiters will also be showing some appreciation for their regular Maxi’s food lovers. Waiters on the East Rand will offer Maxi’s regulars and loyal eaters with a regular coffee for free, as a means of thanking them for their continued support.

Maxi’s Senior Brand Manager, Bronwyn Oliveira, is looking forward to involving the waiters in rewarding regulars. “Our waiters are a direct point of contact to customers and great relationships are usually formed between waiters and their regular patrons, and the customers that have shown preference for certain waiters that they have come to know and appreciate. We believe that when the waiter rewards their customer with a free cup of coffee, the relationship will be cemented even better.”

If the meals and free coffee is not incentive enough to convince customers to become regulars, Maxi’s stores on the East Rand are now also offering free W-Fi for people who want to stay connected anytime of the day. With good food, drink and internet in one place, mixed with a friendly waiter, who wouldn’t want to stay all day?
